Zachary Gordon, better known as “Greg Heffley” from Diary Of a Wimpy Kid, will be making a move to the small screen. He has been recast to become part of a new TV Pilot headed by Kari Lizer on ABC.

The show centers on Hilary Pfeiffer-Dunne, a veteran and powerful executive who finds herself unemployed and becoming a full time mom to her two kids.

Gordon can be seen in the next sequel to Diary Of a Wimpy Kid due out this summer (August).
