Mexican Soda,true story bro
Many food items are always better when you go south of the border,Tacos immediately come to mind, and also various tortas burritos and the usual Mexican food we tend to mess up in the states. While you enjoy your food at the various stands that litter most metropolitan centers you always have the proper beverage to go with your delicious gastronomic destroyer,to both help you wash down the copious amounts of pig meat and tortilla and to cool down the fire from the yummy salsas that you consume.People usually find such comforts in the glass bottled sodas at these stands.Unlike the syrup flavored junk we get in the states,in Mexico land they use real cane sugar and natural flavoring,DAZ RIGHT that text at the bottom of the bottle isn’t lying to you, they leave the lying the police down here, but i digress.the sodas don’t leave a lingering taste in your mouth ,it is a rich and full flavor but i doesn’t coat your mouth like a syrup would. The flavor selection is more vast and varied, there is very big difference between flavors from different companies, with (what in suspect)is companies kind of having there own recipe for it,the pepsi challenge wouldn’t work because there is a very clear difference. The flavors include the usual cola,lemon-lime ,orange etc with the added addition of more fruit flavoring such as pineapple, apple, tamarind, mandarin and something called tutti frutti. The flavoring is deep and you might find yourself actually deciphering what goes into soda, for example i was enjoying coke from a glass bottle and i could actually taste notes of cinnamon , caramel and what might have been ginseng.i felt bit snobby tasting coke like it was wine, but i guess what ,i am snobby. This leads to smoother taste and refreshing bevarage that goes down easier than a prom date, three highlights from my experience are Coca-Cola,Sidral Mundet(apple) and Fresca which isnt a generic brand like most people think but a more citurs flavored version of Squirt
