HANSEL & GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS 3D,” MOVES to 2013
Paramount Pictures, a division of Viacom, Inc., and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures jointly announced today that “HANSEL & GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS 3D,” will kick-off IMAX’s 2013 release schedule on January 25th.
“The IMAX experience continues to be the most immersive and entertaining way to see films and we are thrilled to be releasing ‘HANSEL & GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS 3D’ now in late January so moviegoers have an opportunity to see the film in this way,” said Megan Colligan, President of Domestic Marketing and Distribution at Paramount Pictures.

Academy Award® nominee Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton star in “HANSEL & GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS 3D,” which is written and directed by Tommy Wirkola and produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay of Gary Sanchez Productions, along with Kevin Messick and Beau Flynn.
After getting a taste for blood as children, Hansel (Renner) and Gretel (Arterton) have become the ultimate vigilantes, hell bent on retribution. Now, unbeknownst to them, Hansel and Gretel have become the hunted and must face an evil far greater than witches…their past. Famke Janssen and Peter Stormare also star.
