Cheetahmen II ,trying to patch things up

One of the most sot after games in the NES library is getting a second chance at life. Cheetah Men II has always been famous for being a broken game, game play mechanics are wonky, horrible music and level design,in fact there is no copy of the game that can play past the 7th level. You read that right…the game wont let you get past the level even though there is some 8 more levels.  This abomination was published by active enterprises (sort of) in 1992, After releasing their first game, Action 52 active enterprises expected to rake in the dough after the great success. They were wrong ,out of the multi game carts 52 games maybe 4 were playable the rest were as bearable as a Taylor Swift song. Having banked on this idea ,Active Enterprises  printed a few thousand cartridges of a sequel stemming from a game on the multi cart. The game was Cheetahmen II. Having gone under for being the shitty-shit game developers that they were ,they couldn’t afford to ship the few cartridges that they had left ove, the pallet of Cheetah Men cartridges were locked up in storage,in my mind this plays out like the last scene of Raiders of the Lost Arc.

A few years later,a worker finds the pallet of old games, and decides to sell them at his store for $1 a piece, the rest is history .

Under new ownership,Active Enterprises has released reprints of Action 52 and prequel a game to the Cheetahmen franchise. Their new endeavor is to release a patched Cartridge of Cheetah Men II, a horrible platforming game that is only recommended  to have on your shelf as a novelty or maybe one of those so bad its good kind of movies you can laugh at …but of course in-game form. To do this, Active Enterprises has set up a kickstarter and as an incentive $60 contributors will receive a sealed copy of the patched game which will include an original box, comic and the horrible game, that you can play on your NES.
