The Avengers did the impossible; it made a huge cast of heroes work.  It tied the different movies together in a way that was super ambitious for Marvell to attempt, and it was a huge box office hit.  While many of us are still talking about how awesome it was, while waiting for the Blu-ray release, it seems to be to the lament of people who never got a chance to see it on the big screen.  Well rejoice my fellow geeks, for they announced on the Avengers Facebook page that the Cap, Stark, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, and Hawkeye are all returning to theaters.  They’ll be running for a week starting today, August 31st!

For fans that have seen the The Avengers  the bigger new is that the screenings are going also going to give  a little something extra. What do you think it’ll be, A teaser for Iron Man 3, A glimpse of Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant-Man, Thor: The Dark World? Tell us what you think.

Be sure to stay after the credits!
